Dosage
- Small Dogs (up to 10 kg / 22 lbs) – 1 capsule daily
- Medium Dogs (11 – 25 kg / 23 – 55 lbs) – 2 capsules daily
- Large Dogs (Over 26 kg / 57 lbs) – 2 to 3 capsules daily
GutSense should be added daily to any natural raw, cooked or processed food, ideally just before feeding. Dosage can be split between two meals or given all at once.
Open the capsule and mix GutSense in your dog’s food. (or place the whole capsule in the meal) Giving with a meal helps the probiotic cultures withstand stomach acidity.
* Dogs less than 22 lbs can still be given a full dose of GutSense because smaller dogs have faster metabolic rates and higher energy demands.
** Dosage should be doubled in case of acute digestive problems or during antibiotic treatment. Give probiotics at least 3 hours before or after antibiotics to ensure maximum efficacy.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 60 days for maximum freshness and stability. Each bottle contains 60 capsules as probiotics need to be fresh and therefore should not sit in the fridge for long.

What are your capsules made from?
Our capsules are a vegetarian capsule made from pullulan, which is naturally fermented from tapioca. They are starch-free, gluten-free, preservative-free, of vegetable origin and non-GMO with GRAS status. They are also certified vegan, non-GMO, Vegetarian Society, Halal and Kosher.
