Order Processing

Once an order is completed and paid for, it is submitted to our warehouse immediately, and we are unable to make any changes to the order, including adding additional items, applying discount codes, correcting a shipping address, or changing the form of payment. Please pay close attention when placing your order that all information is correct. If you wish to order additional items after the payment has gone through, you will need to place another order. 

Most orders are processed and ship out within 24 - 48 hours (business days) of the order being placed, unless otherwise noted on the individual product page that the order will be delayed. However, some orders may take longer to process due to high order volume.

Although we do try to ship all orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee that your order will ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders shipping to addresses in Canada will ship from our Toronto warehouse, while orders shipping in the US and internationally will ship from our Chicago warehouse, however, there are circumstances that we may ship orders to you from either of these options or a combination of these.  In the event that your order is split you will receive multiple tracking number emails. 

Discount Coupons and Sale Prices

We frequently offer discount coupons or sale prices to our customers.  When using a discount coupon on your order, only one coupon can be applied per order.   

All discount coupons must be applied to the order before payment is applied. Please pay close attention when placing your order that any coupon codes are registering before completing your order as we will not be able to add discounts once the order is complete.

Most discount coupons are applicable on regular priced items and exclude our already reduced bundle packages unless otherwise noted. 

Some of our promotions will automatically enter the discount code on the order for you, these promotions are set up to make it easy for you to save, and are also not able to be combined with another sale.  If you have multiple coupons you would like to use, you will need to place one order for each discount. 

Using a Gift Card

Gift Cards for the Healing Store have no expiration date and can be used across multiple orders.  Any leftover balance will remain on your card until you are ready to use it on your next order. 

If you are paying for your purchase using a Gift Card, you will enter the code in the same box that you would use to apply a discount code.  

Gift Cards are treated like cash for payment, so you will not see a discount show on your order, instead, your invoice will show the full purchase price.  If you are paying an order partially by Gift Card and partially with another form of payment the invoice will reflect the full purchase price and the payment details will show multiple payment types. 

Gift Cards can be used on anything in the store, with the exception of purchasing more Gift Cards.   They can also be combined with any sale pricing, including discount coupons.

Shipping Rates

In the USA:

  • Shipping rates are quoted based on the products in the cart and your location in the USA.  Items ship from our warehouse in Chicago.
  • We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from when ordering.  It is important to note that most shipping transit times are estimates only and start once the carrier receives the package (not when the order is submitted). 
  • DDHS will not provide any refunds on shipping should the carrier encounter a delay in delivery. 
  • We also offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $129 (excl. taxes and discounts) within the USA. 

In Canada:

  • Shipping rates are quoted based on the products in the cart and your location in Canada. 
  • We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from when ordering.  It is important to note that most shipping transit times are estimates only and start once the carrier receives the package (not when the order is submitted). 
  • DDHS will not provide any refunds on shipping should the carrier encounter a delay in delivery. 
  • We also offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $129 (excl. taxes and discounts) within Canada.
  • For orders placed in USA store for shipping to Canada (i.e. orders containing H+ supplements or FleaHex or TickHex), shipping fees apply and are based on the number of items in your shipment. 

Internationally:

  • Orders will be shipped by USPS for an additional cost.
  • DDHS will not provide any refunds on shipping should the carrier encounter a delay in delivery. 
  • Please note at this time we are unable to ship some or all products to Australia, New Zealand, Canary Islands, Norway and Slovenia due to customs regulations in those countries.
  • We have temporarily stopped shipments to Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Philippines due to shipping challenges to these locations.


Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be (if any) before buying.

Our products are manufactured in the Canada and the United States, and are compliant with laws and regulations in these countries. We cannot guarantee that our products will be compliant with the laws and regulations in other countries. Due to the unpredictable nature of customs, and the constant changes to laws and regulations, we are unable to compensate customers for fees associated with customs issues. You should check with your local customs office to find out if the items you wish to order are permissible for import into your country. 

If a delivery is declined by the recipient, deemed undeliverable or seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, the customer will not receive a refund for the merchandise or shipping cost.

*Although we have had customers successfully purchase and receive shipment of packages all over the world, we have had customers experience challenges with but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, Canary Islands and Norway.
