Where can I see the details about my subscription plan?
Each customer will receive a link to a personalized customer portal which will display all the details about the active subscriptions from their account. There you have the liberty to pause, skip or cancel your subscriptions, as you see fit.
Are there any benefits to subscribing for supplements rather than making one-time purchases?
Yes, the subscription adds an additional 5% discount to each bottle of your favorite supplement ordered. Besides the exclusive discount, your selected items are automatically delivered to your doorstep at your chosen frequency, without having to worry about reordering them manually.
Can I modify the items in my subscription or change the delivery frequency?
No. Our subscription plans are designed based on your dog's weight and recommended dosage for each supplement. If the chosen subscription plan no longer suits you, you can always cancel it and choose another one, or contact the customer care team for any advice on the matter.
What happens if I need to skip a delivery or temporarily pause my subscription?
You can skip a delivery or pause the subscription directly from the customer portal at your convenience.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time, and is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee for the cancelation of a subscription. You can always cancel it directly from the individual customer portal.
