About Us

We are an established and well-regarded e-commerce company based in Canada.  We specialize in canine and human well-being, nutritional supplements and holistic health education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, online chat, and social media
• Manage web store orders and communicate with our fulfillment centre
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Contribute to maintaining our high-quality service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn: Dropbox, Basecamp, Gorgias, Hootsuite, Shopify and Pages.
• A computer with a camera for online meetings, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• Strong organizational and time management skills
