We're looking for a professional who:

• Prioritizes customer care and satisfaction
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and collaborative
• Has an interest in canine and human holistic health & wellness
• Appreciates dogs and understands their importance in people's lives

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, online chat, and social media
• Manage web store orders and communicate with our fulfillment centre
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Contribute to maintaining our high-quality service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn: Dropbox, Basecamp, Gorgias, Hootsuite, Shopify and Pages.
• A computer with a camera for online meetings, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• Strong organizational and time management skills
