Price increase announcement
I hope that you and your dogs have been doing well. Over the years, I have always tried to find ways of keeping our product costs as low as possible, while never compromising on the quality of ingredients and our customer care.
This also includes the HairQ Test, our popular mineral and heavy metal test that many dog lovers find useful in pinpointing diet deficiencies and toxin levels. For more than five years we have kept the HairQ Test price the same, despite continuous increases in laboratory and shipping costs, but now we have reached the point where have to increase the price.
I am aware that the HairQ Test has been an invaluable tool in helping solve the mystery of a whole array of health issues, where mineral deficiencies and toxicity are the original cause. Despite the upcoming price increase, the HairQ Test will continue to provide the best value and 5-star customer service we are known for.
There is still a small window of opportunity to purchase a test before the price goes up. You don't need to submit your dog's hair sample right away, all you need to do is purchase the test with the option of saving it for later use.
Just a reminder that HairQ Test submission forms are sent to you by email as a digital download. Once you’ve received your order confirmation, you will need to fill out the online form we’ve sent you via email, and then collect and submit your dog’s HairQ Test sample via mail. You will receive the results by email within the time frame stated on the HairQ Test page.
If you have never tried the HairQ Test for your dog, here are more details:
The HairQ Test is great for:
