1 lb (500g) ground meat
1/2 lb (250g) chicken hearts (leave 10 for decoration)
1/2 lb (250g) chicken livers
1 cup cooked cooked quinoa
2 medium sized yams
2 cups chopped kale
Grate the yams and mix all ingredients together
Pour the mix in 10 inch (25cm) spring-form or
a medium pan
Put remaining chicken hearts on top
Bake for 1 hour at 350F (175C)
Refrigerate after it cools down
