Meet rescue road trips

Thousands of miles driven and thousands of dogs saved! 

A few months ago, I mentioned an interview with Greg and Adella Mahle of Rescue Road Trips, the organization that we have included in our monthly giving efforts. Greg has spent the past thirteen years driving 4,200 miles round trip every couple of weeks rescuing over 50,000 dogs from kill shelters in the Southern United States and Adella, his wife, is the person behind organizing the rescues.

Rescue Road Trips

Every two weeks, over a hundred dogs are brought from the Southern US to the North where dozens of ‘rescue angels’ take over the precious cargo and help to find foster and forever homes. 

I must say hands down that Adella and Greg, with the team at Rescue Road Trips, are some of the most inspiring people I have ever met and I hope you will enjoy the interview as much as I did.
