Great customer service.Emma was so helpful and friendly.I have a 17 week old GSD and I wanted to get him a leash and harness.Emma took all my information regarding my puppies measurements.Asked if it was ok if she gave it some thought and get back to me.Emma was spot on with the fit and Bernie loves his new harness.The leash is amazing.

Every interaction I have is a positive experience and the icing on the cake? the products are just as good. We love our leashes so much we bought two more so we have them in each vehicle! We recently forgot them and bought a few traditional style from the Animal Humane store and the experience reminded us that regular leashes are not pleasant to use! Lol

Note:not great for puppies or adult dogs who have not been trained to keep their mouth off the leash:easy to bite in two pieces.

I’m a little disappointed the purple leash is not as thick, strong as the previous two gentle leashes I recently bought.I was told the yarn is purchased from the same company but has to do with the yarning procedure can cause the difference.

These leashes are short of a mircle when it comes to durability. They are extremely comfortable wrapped around my hand when I walk my dog. I just ordered a third one for a new pup I resently adopted. I don't use any other leash but the gentle leash from Dr. Dobias. I highly recommend them. They wash nicely in the washer and I hang them to dry. They dry within a hour or so. They make nice gifts for new pet owners. Christmas is around the corner so you might want to purchase one or two for a friend or family member who have dogs.

Fantastic customer service coupled with quality products.I also enjoy Dr. Dobias’ articles with the one on collar and leashes got me to start using a harness instead. The Perfect Fit Harness and wool leashes Dobias carries are excellent.

I have been using the GreenMin and the Soul Food and my dog is doing very well! Her coat is beautiful, not shading as much and she has lots of energy. She eats a well balanced slow cooked whole foods and she loves these vitamins. I recently purchase the gentle leash and I'm also very pleased with it. Customer service is also great!

This is my second leash from you. They are well made and very durable. They wash beautifully and air dry nicely. The first leash I used for two and somebody months ears, and the latch broke. It is the best leash on the market as far as I'm concerned for so many reasons:local, sustainable, flexible (bouncy), easy to use, attachments and handle make it very easy to attach to the perfect fit harness or any harness; easy to add 2 leashes together to make a long lead. The only reasons I did not rate it a 5 out of 5 is that the wool leash in parts that experience extra tension are showing an unraveling of the wool, thus weakening the whole leash.I was considering buying a ball of wool in black (the colour of the leash) and fortifying that part that is unraveling by just 'knitting/ sewing' the unraveling part.So I can see this leash unraveling within 6 months, needing replacing. So that is the drawback to this wool leash. The first leash I bought needed replacing after a year bc my puppy then kept biting/playing with it thus creating an unraveling of the wool in that area to the point that it basically broke off the leash in 2, making it unusable. Thus needing to replace it.This one I just bought a month ago, and already I see an unraveling near the handle (my doggie is older now and does not bite the leash), but it seems much too early to start to unravel therefore I am feeling it may have had a weakeness in that area already and with the tension on the leash, started unraveling there. So I am considering my best option now that I have the leash on what to do to fortify that area. So that is why it is a 4 out of 5.
