Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Monitoring/responding to customer inquiries by email, phone, online chat and social media.
  • Managing web store orders and communicating with fulfillment centre.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, filing and taking meeting minutes.

Requirements

Have an interest in canine and human holistic health & wellness.
Reliability, enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate with our team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of, or the ability to easily learn, computer programs/platforms including Dropbox, Basecamp, Gorgias, Sprout Social, Shopify, Pages and Numbers.
A computer that includes a camera for online meetings, reliable internet connection, cell phone and a calm, quiet workspace.
