You have trusted us with your dogs’ health, shared your stories, supported our small but mighty team, and helped make it possible for us to keep creating top-quality, natural products.

I am deeply grateful 🙏

As a result, I have always done my best to keep the Canadian pricing lower and absorbed many of the added costs of making and bringing our products to Canada.

Producing products to the standards we know your dogs deserve has become increasingly costly.

I have also done my best to shield you from the less favourable Canadian dollar exchange rate, even though we have to pay for all our ingredients in USD. I have also resisted acquisition offers to sell the brand because seeing the quality plummet, as with other acquired brands, would be devastating.

We have held our prices since 2022, but because of all the factors mentioned above, our pricing is now effectively 40% lower than in the US, which is unsustainable.

This is why my team and I had to make the difficult decision to introduce a gradual price adjustment over the next several months of up to 20%. This is still below US pricing, but at a more sustainable level.

On October 15, our Canadian prices will go up by about 10%. A second step will be another 10% increase later in early 2027. My thought is that we will cover half the gap and you will cover the other half.

This was not an easy decision, because I really appreciate your loyalty and trust. I also understand how hard it has been for many Canadians, given everything going on.

But it is not all just glass half empty. My plan is to create a system that favours you and other dog parents who have been with us for some time and earn VIDP (very important dog parent) perks.

Ultimately, my goal is to continue formulating and manufacturing trusted, natural-health products made from top-quality natural and certified organic ingredients while finding better ways to give back to you and others who make this community so special.
