Can I make changes to my order after it's completed and paid for?

Once your order is completed and paid for, we cannot make any changes, including adding additional items, applying discount codes, correcting shipping addresses, or changing the form of payment. Please double-check all information before placing your order

Can I order additional items after my payment has gone through?

Yes, if you wish to order more items after completing payment, you will need to place another order separately.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours (business days) from the time of order placement. However, some orders may take longer due to high order volume or specific product delays. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee the 24 to 48 hours timeframe for all orders.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders shipping to addresses in Canada will ship from our Toronto warehouse, while orders shipping in the US and internationally will ship from our Chicago warehouse. In some cases, we may ship orders to you from either location or a combination of both. If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking number emails.

How are shipping rates determined for US orders?

Shipping rates for orders within the USA are based on the products in the cart and your location. Most shipping transit times are estimates and start once the carrier receives the package, not when the order is submitted. Free Shipping is available for orders over $129 (excluding taxes and discounts) within the USA.

What about shipping rates for orders in Canada?

Shipping rates for Canadian orders are also based on the products and location. Similar to US orders, shipping transit times are estimates, and Free Shipping is offered for orders over $129 (excluding taxes and discounts) within Canada.

How are shipping rates calculated for international orders?

For international orders, we ship via USPS for an additional cost. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or charges associated with their order.

Are there any countries to which shipping is temporarily unavailable?

At this time, we are unable to ship some or all products to Australia, New Zealand, Canary Islands, Norway, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines due to customs regulations or shipping challenges in these locations.

Discount Coupons and Sale Prices

Can I use multiple discount coupons on a single order?

No, only one discount coupon can be applied per order.

Can I apply a discount code after completing my order?

No, all discount coupons must be applied to the order before making the payment. Once the order is complete, we cannot add any discounts.

Can discount coupons be used on all products?

Most discount coupons are applicable to regular priced items only and generally exclude already reduced bundle packages, unless otherwise specified.

Can I combine multiple discount coupons for one order?

No, you can only use one discount coupon per order. If you have multiple coupons to use, you will need to place separate orders for each discount.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Are import duties and taxes included in the item price or shipping cost?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

What if my country's customs regulations prohibit certain products?

Customers are responsible for checking their country's customs regulations to determine if the items they wish to order are permissible for import. We cannot guarantee that our products will comply with the laws and regulations in other countries.

What happens if customs seizes or destroys my package?

If a delivery is declined by the recipient, deemed undeliverable, or seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, the customer will not receive a refund for the merchandise or shipping cost.

Gift Cards

How do I use a Gift Card for payment?

When paying with a Gift Card, enter the code in the same box where you would apply a discount code during checkout.

Can Gift Cards be combined with other payment methods?

Yes, Gift Cards can be used for partial or full payment. If you use a Gift Card along with another payment method, the invoice will show the full purchase price, but the payment details will indicate multiple payment types.

What can't I use a Gift Card to purchase?

Gift Cards cannot be used to buy more Gift Cards, but they can be used on any other items in the store, including sale items, and in conjunction with discount coupons.
